Subject to legal or contractual permissions, we process or have the data processed in a third country only in the presence of the special conditions of Art. 44 ff. DS-GVO. Accordingly, the processing is done e.g. on the basis of specific guarantees, such as the officially recognized level of data protection (e.g. for the US through the Privacy Shield) or compliance with officially recognized special contractual obligations (so-called "standard contractual clauses").

    XV. Profiles in "Social Networks"

We operate profiles in so-called "social networks" and similar platforms in order to be able to communicate with our customers and other interested parties in our company. In this regard, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of the respective operator apply.

Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we process the data of users who communicate with us through "social networks" and similar platforms.

    XVI. Google Analytics

Based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the online offer is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of our online offering, to compile reports on the activities within this online offering and to provide us with other services related to the use of our online offer and internet usage. In this case, pseudonymised usage profiles can be created from the processed data.

We use Google Analytics to only display advertisements made by Google and its affiliate advertising services to users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics that we provide to Google. In doing so, we want to make sure that our ads meet the potential interest of users and are not annoying.

We exclusively use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

The IP address provided by your browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software. You may also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the online offer as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https: // tools. google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website: disable Google Analytics

For more information about Google's data usage and how to opt-out, please visit: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/partners ("Google's use of your data when you use any of our affiliate websites or apps https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated ("Manage information Google uses to show you advertising").

    XVII. Google AdWords

Based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO we use Google AdWords, a service of Google LLC ("Google"). Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to run both Google and Google Network search engine results.

The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our site by displaying interest-based advertising on third-party websites and in the search engine results of Google's search engine, and by displaying third-party advertisements on our site.

If you reach our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie will be stored by Google on your information technology system. A conversion cookie will expire after thirty days and will not be used for your identification. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to track whether certain subpages have been visited on our website. The conversion cookie helps both us and Google understand if you've generated revenue.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to provide visitor statistics for our website. These visit statistics are then used by us to determine the total number of users who have been sent to us through AdWords ads, in order to determine the success or failure of each AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads for the future. Neither we nor any other Google AdWords advertiser receives any information from Google that could identify you.
The conversion cookie stores personal information, such as the websites you visit. Each time you visit our website, your personal information, including the IP address of the Internet connection you use, will be transferred to Google in the United States. This data is stored by Google in the US. Google may transfer such personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

You can prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of your Internet browser and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on your information technology system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

You also have the option to opt-out of Google's interest-based advertising. To do this, you need to go to the link www.google.com/settings/ads from each of the internet browsers you use to make the settings you want.

    XVIII. Facebook

Based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO we use components of the company Facebook.

Facebook is a service of Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The entity responsible for the processing of personal data, if you live outside the US or Canada, is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Each time you visit our website, where a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) has been integrated, your Internet browser will automatically be prompted by the respective Facebook component to download a representation of the corresponding Facebook component of Facebook. An overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=en_US. As part of this technical process, Facebook is aware of the specific bottom of our website you have visited.

If you are logged in to Facebook at the same time, with each visit to our website by you and during the entire duration of your stay on our website, Facebook recognizes which specific underside of our website you are visiting. This information is collected through the Facebook component and associated with Facebook through your Facebook account. If you press one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our website, for example the "Like" button, or leave a comment, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account and saves this personal data.

Facebook always receives information via the Facebook component that you have visited our website if you are logged in to Facebook at the same time as you access our website. This happens regardless of whether you click the Facebook component or not. If such transmission of this information to Facebook is not wanted by you, you can prevent the transmission by logging out of your Facebook account before visiting our website.

The data policy published by Facebook, which is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/, provides information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by Facebook. It also explains which setting options Facebook offers to protect your privacy. In addition, different applications are available, which make it possible to suppress data transmission to Facebook, for example, the Facebook blocker of the provider Webgraph, which can be obtained at http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/. You can use such applications to suppress data transmission to Facebook.

XIX. Integration of services and contents of third parties

On our website we use offers from third-party providers in order to integrate their content based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DS-GVO. The providers of this content are aware of your IP address, because without the knowledge of the IP address, the content can not be transmitted to your browser.

We strive to use only third-party content that uses your IP address solely to deliver the content. There is also a possibility that third party providers may use so-called "pixel tags" - these are invisible graphics, also referred to as "web beacons" - for statistical or marketing purposes. "Pixel tags" can evaluate information, such as visitor traffic on our website.

Below we give you an overview of the third-party offers we use, as well as links to their privacy statements:

    - External fonts from Google, LLC., Https://www.google.com/fonts ("Google Fonts"). The integration of Google fonts is done by a server call on Google (usually in the US).
